It is a type of cipher. Probably a substitution cipher or perhaps "Caesar Cipher". The pictures themselves are also a form of cryptography, seeming more metaphorical in nature.

Edit: How rude of me, I completely forgot to welcome you to the Oracle, Jean-Eude.

I also thought of a key to Caesar but the problem is that no word is repeated and there are words where there are only consecutive consomme consumes (MM), so even with a Caesar Key One can not get an English word with 2 consonants or similar vowels. So I do not know what process he could use to code. After I thought of a system of numbers with a little the same method as the Founder: Lwjt (12/23/10/20 = 2/5/1/2 = 10 = 1 = A) But unfortunately we would get letters ranging from A to I (1 to 9). So I'm looking for other ways he could use.

I have attempted to brute force the Caesar Cipher using +1 to +25 so unless it's a type of reverse Caesar cipher, it's more than likely a substitution cipher, however when I see "Wnehhh" I get lost as I don't know what words end with 3 repeated letters.

Another thing to note is that Packajos000 uses... I wouldn't say archaic, but more along the lines of Shakespearean speech. (Examples include but are not limited to Hath, Doth, Seith, Thou, Thine, etc.)

The more I look at it however the more I think it is a combination of ciphers, such as a type of shift cipher I used back in the day. Otherwise such words like Line 8, Word 4; "TT", and that other odd word with 3 repeating letters at the end wouldn't make sense.

We know that L = 12 = 3 so there is also C = 3 and U = 3 so it could be used this system to replace the letters, which means that three consecutive letters did not have to be the same letter (laieee > "eee" > "e" = 5 "w" = 5 and "n" = 5, so "eee" can be translated as "new" or "wen", so there is a lot of possibility, but it can work. Even for the word "MM" it can give "DV" gold in this case there are only consonants, so I have not understood all and I have to deepen the research.

Greetings Jean-Eude, further to your private message on this very same subject, sadly for some reason my Oracle Forum private messaging function works in that I can receive and open private messages but for some obscure technical reason I am unable to send my replies, they drop into 'outbox' but never progress through to 'sent'. I have raised this as a technical fault with the phpBB user support board. Therefore, I can only offer my thoughts on the work of Packajos000 through the forum itself at the moment. Firstly I am certainly proficient in the Tudor/Shakespearian English aspect, however be warned Packajos000 has even added his own twist to that form of the English language, examples of which I would need time to extract and present, much of it though has a sonnet-esque quality. The best approach is to ask direct I agree, but the great P000 has not appeared her since 19th of March.

My own interpretation of his many and varied offerings is to home in on the symbolism, which is not present in all his work, and try and decode major ideas and themes rather than the detailed messages within, and while I have received responses from him to effect that I am close, my levels of perception it would appear are variable. You will find doves, mice or rats, eagles, swords. Now my thoughts have touched on Tarot Card decks, for the earliest form of tarot first known as trionfi and later as tarocchi, tarock, and others) is a pack of playing cards, used from the mid-15th century in various parts of Europe to play games such as Italian tarocchini and French tarot.

Now in terms of the language usage, I also bring in John Dee (13 July 1527 – 1608 or 1609) who was an English mathematician, astronomer, astrologer, occult philosopher, and advisor to Queen Elizabeth I of England [Shakespeare' Queen]. He devoted much of his life to the study of alchemy, divination, and Hermetic philosophy, also was deeply interested in Tarot, he even has a deck named after him entitled the Oracle of Dr John Dee.

Now I have long toyed with the idea of a cypher, but my own inclination is toward a Book Cypher, not necessarily in this case, but perhaps relevant to some other strands of the Great P's work. One of John Dee's Five Books of Mystery: Original Sourcebook of Enochian Magic springs to mind, perhaps 'Monas Hieroglyphica' 1564 or De Heptarchia Mystica. If you have the time to delve you will find that Dee uses a period form of English remarkably similar to the version Packajos uses.

Another thought I had was the Book of Acts in the Bible which refers to Simon the magician, whom Dee also felt an affinity to as his desire for pure science waned and symbolism and magick claimed more of his time, he also professed to be able to converse with angels.

Acts 8:9-13
But there was a man named Simon, who had previously practiced magic in the city and amazed the people of Samaria, saying that he himself was somebody great. They all paid attention to him, from the least to the greatest, saying, “This man is the power of God that is called Great.” And they paid attention to him because for a long time he had amazed them with his magic. But when they believed Philip as he preached good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. Even Simon himself believed, and after being baptized he continued with Philip. And seeing signs and great miracles performed, he was amazed.

These are thoughts spooned from my inner cauldron, and involve a significant associated learning curve certainly in terms of the life and works of John Dee to make any sense of. And possibly resides in my head ostensibly as an intuition, hunch, gut feeling whichever word lights your candle. So all thoughts, observations, arguments and disputes are welcome. Sorcery, Religion and Science what a fine combination.
