Welcome to the Oracle Forum G713 and thank you for your contribution an enthralling tome indeed, I read one reader's comment wherein he said it was a worthy book for his collection yet it had taken him 8 years to read it properly. However, I suggest the cover art and illustrations are heavily influenced by one of my heroes the great William Blake, poet artist and printmaker. Undoubtedly, there are Tolkien-esque influences too in the Runic sense

Blake [1757 to 1827] is now considered a seminal figure in the history of the poetry and visual arts of the Romantic Age. And I would humbly suggest his work should be read and absorbed before launching headlong into Liber Primus for it will enrich your LP experience immensely.

Yes this is just cryptology on the core of pythagoreanism. Cicada 3301 has the obvious equation to it. Mostly it pertains to pythagorea laws and the secret is in his teachings and linguistics. 3301 equals 7 according to numerology and 7 can make a triangle, in accorance to ZED ALIZ ZED seven is the number of perfection, it might explain how pythagorean therom was constructed, by just crossing a line into the number 7. Liber Primus is just Latin for the first book. I studied this for years as well as this well elborated maze/puzzle.
