those who have faced conflict are more equipped to handle the situation. Its by personal belief that you cannot be a proper therapist without facing some conflict yourself. The same reason why no one goes to a baker to be a marksman is the same reason those who face physical and spiritual illness will be acclimated to help others, its this reasoning also that makes suffering worthwhile.

However, in the same way someone who is sick knows how the disease operates they themselves can also be the best at spreading illness and perpetuating it.
