I found this relatively convincing, yet a little too perfect I discover, alignment of Venus and Saturn over the Giza Pyramids, which only happens every 2737 years! Nevertheless, Mercury, Venus, and Saturn did align in not quite the same same picture-perfect way in December 2012. It is nonetheless an eyecatching image where art fuses so well with science.
