You are not alone.

I hope soon this site becomes viral.

The vitality of this site will usher a new age. Our history and meaning matter more than anyone could comprehend.

Gurdjeff taught us that the labyrinth has many, yet few, wanderers.
Every true wanderer must go through the phases of acknowledgement, doubt, acceptance, and suffering. The suffering is the longest and most difficult part of the journey. There must be a dichotomy between truth and inner peace.

Fear not, young adventurer, for there are thousands of us. Keywords thousands, not millions.

Realization that we all must suffer, but we are not suffering alone is the most important point of solace you must seek in this land of confusion.

A fine sentiment indeed theone, allow me to add some contextual background to this entreaty. Adding that I myself have also travelled widely in the Middle East and Asia in Gurjeff's footsteps, as well as Armenia. Warmest Regards Redbeck

George Ivanovich Gurdjieff was a Greco-Armenian philosopher, mystic, spiritual teacher, and writer who developed the "Fourth Way" system, which combines the methodologies of the fakir, monk, and yogi together for balanced self-development in everyday life. Referred to by some religious scholars as 'The Rascal Saint,' he was born in Alexandropol sometime between1866 and 1877), Gurdjieff travelled extensively across Asia and the Middle East in search of esoteric knowledge, later founding the Institute for the Harmonious Development of Man in France. His teachings, sacred dances, and writings inspired enduring international study groups.

Born: c1866 - 1877 (Alexandropol, Yerevan Governorate, Russian Empire (now Gyumri, Armenia))
Died: 29 Oct 1949 (Neuilly-sur-Seine, France)
