Am I close?

Hello, my fellow travelers. I have yet to discover the cipher to this puzzling conundrum, although i believe to be on the right path. The capitol letters appear to be place holders for numbers 1-9. This i'm almost certain you add the digits. So M=13 (1+3=4), M=4. At this point my trail begins to run cold, although i believe the Fibonacci sequence would be part of this considering the FIBS COPY page. Or am i to multiply the first number by the # of letters? I am very confused at this point and have found myself stuck. However i will not let this defeat me. I do not ask for answers, but guidance into the light.
