Quite an inspirational quote if i might add.

Two of my favorites are Gandhi's "Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” and “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Both helped me a lot while conducting research because that type of work required as much patience as I have.

It is absolutely necessary, for the peace and safety of mankind, that some of earth's dark, dead corners and unplumbed depths be let alone; lest sleeping abnormalities wake to resurgent life, and blasphemously surviving nightmares squirm and splash out of their black lairs to newer and wider conquests.

The prior H.P. Lovecraft reminded me of this babble. This was my friend Santiago and I'd correspondence, or at least a part of it. I'll post the rest in its own thread later. Quite a lot of interesting ideas thrown around.

While studying at my local library on my most enjoyable subject, quantum physics, I uncovered a quote I found quite interesting and thought provoking by J. B. S. Haldane:
