The 3-4-5 triangle rule states when the ratio 3:4:5 is present as the side lengths of a triangle, then the triangle is a right triangle. The ratio can be represented in similar triangles that have the same angle measures as the 3-4-5 triangle and the side lengths are constant multiples of the original 3-4-5. The Pythagorean Theorem states that the sum of the squares of the two smaller sides in a right triangle equals the square of the longest side. The theorem is directly related to why the 3-4-5 triangle is the simplest whole numbered right triangle. The squares of 3 and 4 together equal the square of 5 which follows the Pythagorean Theorem.
The Pythagorean Theorem is written as follows:
Substituting the side lengths 3, 4, and 5 in the theorem, the side length hold the theorem to be true.
Squares can be drawn off the sides of the triangles to prove visually why the Pythagorean Theorem is true. The visual of the squares off the sides of the triangle or by using the equation are both acceptable ways to prove the 3-4-5 triangle is a right triangle.

In another of his myths, Prometheus establishes the form of animal sacrifice practiced in ancient Greek religion. Evidence of a cult to Prometheus himself is not widespread. He was a focus of religious activity mainly at Athens, where he was linked to Athena and Hephaestus, other Greek deities of creative skills and technology.[4]
In the Western classical tradition, Prometheus became a figure who represented human striving, particularly the quest for scientific knowledge, and the risk of overreaching or unintended consequences. In particular, he was regarded in the Romantic era as embodying the lone genius whose efforts to improve human existence could also result in tragedy: Mary Shelley, for instance, gave The Modern Prometheus as the subtitle to her novel Frankenstein (1818)
