Russian Cyrillic Alphabet not supported on Oracle Forum

In response to a specific enquiry from a member of our Oracle Community blackhat666, I thought that I would be best turning the response into a general information post for all our active members.
The Oracle is runs on a software application known as phpBB board software which is open source and supported on PHP script platforms by a group of freelance coders who work primarily on a donation basis. It is a Latin alphabet based system, but rejects accented letters and certainly cannot handle Russian cyrillic alphabet, therefore it is best operated in English, but more or less handles the majority of European languages which in the main have adopted the Latin alphabet with accented tweaks for different sounds.
Sorry about that for those wanting to post cyrillic but at the minute I am afraid the limitations are as above.
Although if you have Jpeg images containing Russian alphabet words and phrases (i.e. photographs) you can insert these direct.
