For any number X, having Y digits, with the last Y-1 digits equal to 9. the addition of the digits by the subtraction of X and the multiplication of the Y digits to the value of the first digit

Example :
X=199
Y=3
Y-1=2 The last 2 digits are equal to 9

199-(1×9×9)=199-81=118
118=1+1+8=10=1+0=1

Another example :
X=69
Y=2
Y-1=1 The last 1 digit is equal to 9
69-(6×9)=69-54=15
15=1+5=6
