Caro Black_Rose, Spero che i problemi di sistema che hai riscontrato in termini di accesso e pubblicazione sul forum Oracle siano ora diminuiti.
Come avrete notato dal suo post di oggi, il nostro consulente tecnico Rob Bell ha aggiornato il software del forum phpBB alla versione 3.3.9.
Ho controllato ERRORE 500 con gli ingegneri del supporto software phpBB. Credono che i problemi che hai affrontato siano molto probabilmente dovuti a difficoltà di connessione al nostro server di servizio di hosting, non problemi con il software del forum phpBB stesso. I loro commenti e raccomandazioni sono i seguenti:
“Molto, molto improbabile che il sito sia stato violato. L'errore 500 è un messaggio di errore generico emesso dal server quando nessun altro messaggio di errore si adatta alla situazione, quindi può essere praticamente qualsiasi cosa. Il server spesso non lo sa nemmeno.”
“Il membro lo riceve sempre [il messaggio] o solo di volta in volta? Anche una situazione in cui un processo php utilizza troppa memoria può causare l'errore. Se questo è il caso, allora è un problema di hosting.
“Consiglierei al membro di cancellare i cookie e la cache del browser per assicurarsi che questo non sia un vecchio problema (risolto) che viene resuscitato nel browser del membro. In caso contrario, probabilmente devi parlare con la tua società di hosting. “

Dear Black_Rose, I hope the system problems you have been experiencing in terms of accessing and posting to the Oracle forum have now diminished.
As you may have noticed from his post today, our technical consultant Rob Bell has upgraded the phpBB board forum software to version 3.3.9.
I have checked ERROR 500 with the phpBB software support engineers. They believe that problems you faced are most likely due to difficulties connecting to our hosting service server, not issues with the phpBB forum software itself. Their comments and recommendations are as follows:
“Very, very unlikely that the site has been hacked. Error 500 is a generic error message put out by the server when no other error message fits the situation, so it can be practically anything. The server often doesn't even know.”
“Does the member always get it [the message] or only from time to time? Even a situation where a php process uses too much memory can cause that error to come up. If that's the case, then it's a hosting issue.
“I would advise the member to clear their cookies and browser cache to make sure this isn't an old (fixed) issue being resurrected in the member's browser. If not, then you probably need to talk to your hosting company. “
