The anger of delegating responsibility to others. I don't think this is what you're looking for I can give some advice about getting friends hired at your workplace. I've had many jobs and have had friends who were looking for jobs. Generally it's not idea to hire your friends, or get them hired. Every single one of them expect favoritism or not to be punished for their mistakes because they are your friend. Every single one of them have been fired or quit while I remain. this is just a personal experience but so far it's been a negative experience. I wont do it again. I had one friend who I got hired working with me, mess it up twice.

Greetings Packajos000 trust thou art in good spirits and sound of wind and limb, also welcome to the forum Funbun and thank for your flurry of recent contributions, keep it up, for there's trouble in the Whitehouse.

Delegation of anger

Personal anger over personal issues may be expressed but should not be forcibly delegated to another with any concept of fair intent, because whatever angers the delegator may find the recipient of their ire completely ambivalent to the scenario described. As an example, it is morally wrong for either party in a failed relationship to attempt to poison the opinion of a child against the other parent, for that living being, however young, has the right to make its own mind up. Also to cite a more adult instance, it is unfair for a supposedly slighted party to try and turn another person against a mutual friend.

Our original moral code is often inherited from our parents, but as we get older we tend to construct a 'self-administered' code from many sources, essentially quasi religious as in Moses’ ten commandments or Pope Gregory’s seven deadly sins pertinent to a segment of faiths, coupled with a distillation, I would like to think, of tales of great courage and care in adversity.

However, the expression of personal anger and an attempt to encourage others collectively to foster anger, over an especially heinous issue in the public domain that adversely affects peoples' lives in the everyday, particularly those who might otherwise not be brave enough to take umbrage on a personal basis, is perhaps not a bad thing, as in standing up for one’s rights as a human being. To a degree we even do that on this site, although we like to think that our stance on a number of subjects is not fired in a blazing forge of anger but more rational in that it represents an edgy intellectually persuasive influence on creeping global change.

The most worthy note from a clinical psychologist’s perspective, not that I am one, perhaps they’d like visit to me one night a week as I come to the door in my bat training gauntlets, is that unrequited anger that is not channelled out of the mind and later the soul, then subsequently dissipated, can rapidly turn inward and become the black dog of deep dark depression. Perhaps why laughter is considered such a major antidote and a good punch-line considered a work of art by the great Arthur Koestler.
