Personally I condense knowledge into a few set of rules or sentences that have vast meaning in manifold situations.

Like for example “do unto others as you wish unto you” on the surface, just good manners, on a deeper level makes me think of karmic balances, hermetic teachings, psychological functions, etc.
Rather than sticking to words for every idea, I have a few words represent many ideas

This way, you can cramp paragraphs into smaller and more compact sentences
