Go Do Good

I have spent these last 25 days contemplating many things with my beloved. On the 20th, we will be homeless. However, we are happy for WE KNOW who WE ARE and Who WE LOVE, and what is TRULY IMPORTANT to US regardless of the situation at hand. Much to the total confusion of those around us.

Three days ago I found a book that I had handled once before. I knew that I would find three postcards. The first one was an Irish Blessing with a Dove, The second was one from Northwest Trek with Elk on the front addressed to only a man's name, and the Third was for a Louis O Fiset DDS practice in Seattle from September 1, 1985 with a giant picture of a telephone. I have waited all my life since I dreamed of that book as a child to grab the last postcard and read the back.

Finally, Finally, I would remember what the words on the back were. I took the last postcard, just like I did back then, and turned it over. It Reads:

The Way to Happiness
keep your heart free from hate
your mind free from worry
live simply, expect little
give much
fill your life with love
scatter sunshine
forget self
think of others
do as you would be done by
try this for a week + you will be surprised

The Postcard was stamped "Return to Writer: Insufficient Address". There was no address. Just a Iceboat 1880's USA 14 (14 cents) stamp.

It didn't need one.

Go Do Good.

Remember how the words moved in the darkness. Ever hear the phrase Good Lord or Good God? I heard it a lot as a kid growing up in Rural Washington.

Go Do Good.

Thank you DD. We got the message just in time. These little hearts of ours, we are going to let them shine. Let them Shine on with love, compassion, and happiness. No matter how dark the situation appears to be. We will continue to lighten our hearts and expand our knowledge of Sacred Spirit.
