Ventured Mouse, Without Mage And He Knowing, Far Beyond Mans-Dwelling, Unto A Mountain He Ceased. Mage Searched And Searched Garden, Yet Couldst Lay Not Eyes Upon Mouse. Took He, His Magical Crown And Couldst Lay Mind’s-Eye To Mouse.
To The Mountain Mage Journeyed. Found He, He Little Mouse, And Returned They To The Garden.
Though At Mountains Foot Layeth Seven Dragon Babes, To Whom Only Mouse Wast Threatened. Mage Once More With He Crown, Shrank The Dragon Babes As Though To Babes Of Babes. Twas However, That One Of Dragon Babes Flew To The Fur Of Mouse, And Burrowed, And Slept.
Mage Slept, And Mouse Slept, And The Trees Slept; Yet Dragon Awoke, And Traversed The Night. Stumbled He, Through The Garden. Ate He, All The Apples And The Fruits Of The Just Mage’s Garden. Whence Morning Arose, Dragon Wast As An Elder Dragon, And Sought The Bodies Of Mage And Mouse,

So Didst Mouse, Large And Tall, Rose Up The Head Of The Mage-Man, And Whence Mage Couldst Take Feeling Of The Breath Of Dragon, Spake He The Language Of Man And Man-Magic, Spake He Into The Air Of Dragon,

They Feats And Feast, Rejoicing Their Acts Of Fooling The Beast And He Ways.
They Rest And Rest, Until Alas From The Weariness Of Previous Moments In The Bowels Of The Dragon, They Forget The Time.

Mouse And Mage Thought And Thought, To How They May Escape The Beast. Finally, They Waited Until Night, Whence Dragon Once More Entered The Mountain And Fell Asleep.
Mage: “Take Thy Tail Thou Mouse, Take Thy Tail Up Through The Esophagus Of Dragon; Wind As Though His Brethren –The Snake-, As Though To Capture Water From Ground, Forth Here, I Shall Slip Between, And Up The Throat I Shall Pour Through...”
Mouse Could Not Climb Up His Throat When He Was Younger As His Fur Would Tickle Dragon And Awaken Him, Now He Was To Large And Could Not Climb Up The Throat Of Dragon. Mouse Thought To Open The Esophagus Of Dragon With His Tail, As Though In The Manner Of A Snakes. Wherewith To Let Mages Head Pass With Ease Through The Throat Of Dragon Out Of He Mouth. Mages Head Thence Consulted Vulture To Find His Body And Return It To Him, For Which He Would Grant Speech. Mage Told Him Of The Place Where Man Dwelleth, There, Where He Could Find His Body. Vulture Agreed.

Vulture Thence Cut The Right Eye Forth Mage So He Couldst Seith Not His Next Actions. In A Deceiving Act, Moved Vulture To Dragon, Awoke He, And Told Of The Place Whereth Man Dwelleth.
In Thanksgiving, Dragon Offered The Bodies Of The Men Of Mans Place, Where Dragon Himself, Shall Take Their Heads. Vulture Too, Told The Evil Birds Of The House Of Man, And All Vultures Were Not To Be Seen On Mountain Again. Dragon Once More Ate The Head Of Mage.

Left Dragon To The House Of Man. Fought He They For An Endless Time, While Mage And Mouse Ate Of The Bodies.
Yet Came It, That One Of Man Climbed Upon Dragon, And Stood Before His Head. Yelled He At Dragon, For Which Mage Hath Harkened:
Mouse Slung His Tail Swiftly Through The Throat Of Dragon For A Final Time. Dragon, Being Awake Wouldst Let Not Head Pass Through His Mouth, Yet Hath Not Will To Block It Through His Esophagus. And Mages Head Whirled Up Once Again To The Highest It Could Go Without Dragon Letting His Mouth Slip Open.
Mage In Loud Voice, Spake The Language Of Man. Told He, To The Second Man Above The Dragon To Throw His Sword. The Second Obliged, And Cast He His Sword To The Mouth Of Dragon.
The Beast Flaying To Rid His Back Of The Second Man, Cried His Mouth Open And Spewed Flames Forth It. From This Opening, Sword Entered The Belly Of Dragon, Into The Stomach Of Iron. So Mage Took With Dire Teeth The Sword In He Mouth, And Stabbed The Beast’s Throat.
Dragon Tossed Over And Unknowingly Killed The Second Man In The Distress.
Dragon Yelled, And Screamed In Such Loudness, In All Lands Couldst It Beeth Known. So Stabbed The Beast Three Times More, Until Dragon In Such Desperateness, Rolled About, And Shot Flame Unto His Stomach. The Flames, In Their Heat Melted He Iron Stomach And Killed The Dragon’s Self.

Mouse And Mage Left The Stomach Of Dragon. Mouse In His Largeness, Lifted Upon Himself Mage’s Head And Carried Him Back To The Garden Of His Birth. Mage Finding His Body There, Wast Content And Restored In It. Used He His Speech To Render The Body And Heal Heself Before It. With Withered Hands Layed He His Crown Upon His Head And Turned Mouse To His Original Size.
Yet, Though His Life Hath Been Able And Fayre And Just With Mage, Mouse Wast Saddened...,
Mage: “Why Art Thou A Saddened Faculty? Hath Thou Not All I Mayth Give Thee?”
Mouse: “To Thee, My Friend, Am I Most Happily, Yet Desireth I, The Speech To All Man. As Though He Whom Let Our Lives Be Replenished Forth Dragon’s Belly...”
Mage: “What Desireth Forth This Speech Of Man?”
Mouse: “That I Mayth Make Spake The Thoughts Of Others; Those, Other Thence Ye And I...”
So Mage Used He Crown Upon Mouse’s Fragile Head, And Turned He, The Mouse Into The Second Man Of Previous Aid...
