Doubts regarding the EVOCATION

So i hope everyone remembers whiterabbitz, that got incredibly popular when he claimed that he had solved the mystery fully of this website and he was willing to share more.
Well recently i stumbled upon a docs file regarding few finding of this website and in that doc, there was a mention of whiterabbitz, so whiterabbitz has a youtube and tiktok channel, his youtube channel is adam britt, he himself has claimed to be whiterabbitz.
In one of his comments in that document , which are now not be found, most probably becoz he turned his comments off. But in that he said that reading the EVOKATION at a date/month that adds up to "9" and favourably the time being 3:00 will do something (enlightenment?) . And the EVOKATION is the secret key to puzzle that was in front of us the whole time.
Is this true? Its important to ask right now considering the fact that september {9th month} is right now, and the upcoming suitable date is 18 or 27. If yes then how should it be done, should the images and the tables be read?
